Teadrop Crystals

Up the rusted iron steps twirling a lock
twisted within
a plastic heart carriage guiding
her apple blossomed ardor,
to the medieval chamber in the sky
explosive with sparrows, royal purple punctures
Curling rainbow faerie lights
fleeting past venerable plummeria
a nectared decoupage silken and oscillating
Eyes shooting aster through
globous onyx beads of light
dangling upon threads of dandelion brushed skin,
a torrent of broken icicle stars line the ceiling
and a miasma hush draws her lace sleeves from her pallid shoulders
as feathered fevers and gumdrop rings,
kitschy orbs of intrigue and dark laughter permeate
black veils and flowering crowns of dried roses
freeze into teardrop crystals.
